Our centre

A building designed around children, not adapted for them.

We worked with the City from the ground up so every element of a great learning environment could be built in: light, air, safety and space to move. Tucked into the Citadel neighbourhood of Port Coquitlam, with parks, playgrounds and an elementary school right outside.

  • We are so grateful to be part of such a caring and welcoming childcare community. Our son absolutely loves going to school every day, which says so much about the environment the staff have created. There is such a genuine community feel, and you can truly tell how much the teachers care about each child. Tom has also made so many wonderful friendships, and it’s been so special watching his confidence and social skills grow. Tracey, the owner, is so dedicated to the children and truly treats Tom like one of her own. As parents, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child is loved and cared for so deeply while at school. His teacher, Clara, also means so much to Tom — he talks about her all the time at home, and it’s clear how safe, supported, and encouraged she makes him feel. The Mother’s Day concert was such a beautiful reflection of the school’s values and dedication. Watching the children sing and sign in English, French, and Chinese was incredibly touching, and we were so proud of how much our little guy is learning and growing. We would wholeheartedly recommend this school to any family looking for a nurturing, inclusive, and loving environment for their children. We truly cannot imagine a better place for our son — and we are so excited for our youngest to attend soon as well!

  • I highly recommend La Vie Est Belle Daycare from my personal experience as a mother. Having my own children in their care gave me complete peace of mind. The educators are loving, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s emotional, social, and developmental growth. The environment is safe, nurturing, and well-structured, while still allowing children to feel happy, confident, and supported every day. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always felt respected and involved in my children’s progress. As a mom, trusting someone with your children is everything—and La Vie Est Belle Daycare exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the care, values, and dedication they provide and would confidently recommend them to any family.

  • La Vie is the best daycare I can say and trust. Both my children (one grew up and graduated from La Vie, the other is still there) are well taken care! All the teachers with multiple language backgrounds are kind and professional to take care of them. My older one went to French immersion without any issues because she acquired French when she was in this daycare. On top of that, one of the teachers she had and the owner spoke Mandarin to her. Today she’s confident to speak multiple languages. She got friends who are now still in a good connection because they all grew up in La Vie. The weekly curriculum is good for children to understand different subjects and have fun with it. I highly recommend La Vie.
