Owner, principal, ECE with over 25 years of experience at multiple successful childcare centres in various locations. Tracy is energetic, passionate, and always full of life. Her favourite slogan, "Be Happy Every Day" is a testament to the love she has for life and working with children. Tracy is deeply engaged with all aspects of the childcare and is committed to the continuous improvement of quality, structure, and meaningful growth.

I enjoy working with children. For me, the most important is to allow them to become independent and to give them the opportunity to develop their diverse abilities. Yet, always observe children to identify different learning styles aimed to plan activities and routines to promote meaningful learning. I also support children in communicating choices and preferences, as well as in promoting physical activity to improve gross and fine motor skills which are essential for a good development.
Having been working with children for more than twenty-five years; in my original country I was a Speech Therapist at the elementary school before moving to Canada in 2002. Here, I learned French as a second language and after that went to College to become an Early Childhood Educator. Since then, I have been teaching French in childcare centres both in Quebec, Ontario and BC. I also completed a Diploma in Classroom and Community Support -Behaviour Intervention Program at Douglas College in 2020.

My name is Emmy. I was raised and educated in Hong Kong, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education. I moved to Canada to continue my journey in early childhood education.
I’ve been working with children for over 10 years, and it’s truly my passion! I love helping them grow, explore, and discover the world around them.
When I’m not at the daycare, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing with my dog. I also love relaxing with a good book and exploring new foods and restaurants.

Before moving to Canada, I worked as a dentist in Ukraine, but my passion for working with young children led me to study and start a new career in early childhood education. I’m so happy to be part of the La Vie est Belle family, helping children learn through play every day!
