Owner, Principal · ECE
Over 25 years across several successful childcare centres. Energetic, passionate and always full of life: her slogan, "Be happy every day", says most of it. Tracy is hands-on in every part of the centre and relentless about quality.

Twenty-five years with children. A speech therapist in her home country before moving to Canada in 2002, Clara has taught French in childcare centres across Quebec, Ontario and BC.

Emmy
Early Childhood Educator
Raised and educated in Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Emmy has worked with children for over ten years and calls it her true passion.

Gentle, responsive and relationship-based. Anita believes every child deserves to feel seen, heard and cared for, and builds confidence and belonging from there.

Beth is an Early Childhood Educator with a Master's degree in Education. She believes children learn best in a warm, safe and caring environment, and loves supporting them as they play, explore and grow.

Lana genuinely loves spending time with children. Watching them grow, learn and discover the world brings her immense joy.

Victoria
Early Childhood Educator
Victoria builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators, believing children learn best when they feel safe, supported and connected. Her approach is play-based and art-focused, helping children explore their ideas through creativity, imagination and hands-on experience.
Three years as a nanny in Paris, France, where the connections she made with children led her into childcare.
